My family and I could not have asked for a better realtor when listing/selling my mother's home. From the very beginning, Natasha provided referrals, when we asked, to handle various aspects of the listing (we did not live in the area and had no idea who to call). All of the referrals she provided lead to job completions that we were very satisfied with. This was extremely helpful for us. She helped with various tasks around the home so we wouldn't have to make the 3 hour round trip drive to handle it ourselves. She also kept an eye on the property - being so far away and not able to routinely check the property ourselves was a huge blessing for us. Prior to listing the property, she offered many options/prices based on how we wanted this sale to go (best price, days on market, etc.). She provided much information and was not pushy in trying to do something that was against what we wanted. My mother's house was listed on a Friday and we accepted a contract on Monday. I was amazed by this. This is proof that she knows the market and has those resources to know what other buyers are looking for. I can't say enough about the satisfaction we feel from this experience with Natasha. She was just amazing and potential seller would be fortunate to have her as their realtor.

I'm extremely impressed with Natasha Goessel DiStasio. She has successfully helped our family sell two properties within the last year. Her background as a trained appraiser was very helpful in valuing an unusual distressed commercial property. The residential property was also distressed and had some unique problems. And that transaction she acted as a dual agent, as she also represented the buyer, whom she had sold a house to previously. The inherent conflict of dual agency made me nervous, but I felt she upheld my interests as the seller appropriately. At the closing table, the buyer also was singing her praises because he felt his interests were well represented. She acted with integrity and honesty. My family currently has a third property listed with Natasha and we would not think of using any other agent because your prior performance has been so excellent. Natasha has an excellent capacity for problem solving, having a knack for thinking "outside the box" and finding creative solutions. She is very in touch with the market where she operates and her guidance has been spot on. Natasha was referred to my family by our lawyer who handles real estate matters. He advised he felt comfortable referring her because he witnessed firsthand how she but comprehensive care of her clients, going "above and beyond", when compared with the many other real estate agents he had dealings with. She even brought her diplomacy skills to personally intervene and solve a problem I was having with a tenant, and I wasn't even paying her to handle that matter But she recognized that that problem was delaying the sale of the property. She is a creative problem solver extraordinaire. I would recommend her without any hesitation.
